The Arts & Culture Committee, through its member foundations, put together their capabilities, resources, network, and seeks possible funding agencies to support advocacy of the arts and culture in promoting the importance and relevance of the arts in nation building. This is to be achieved through the enhancement of current practices in art education in the school system and by elevating appreciation of the arts in the business sector, civic organizations, and other groups through seminars, cultural tours, and other art-related activities

 

As one of the triple bottom lines, LCF members undertake programs that promote greater environmental responsibility and contribute to a more sustainable environment. Projects tackling air/carbon reduction, water and sanitation, waste management, biodiversity conservation, ecosystem protection and management, supply chain management, energy efficiency, and disaster response are the members’ major endeavors. Recently, the committee also made inroads in carbon footprint reduction and greenhouse gas accounting in response to the alarming phenomenon of climate change.

The Committee on Education members are bound together by a common concern to advocate education reform and to make education a national priority.

The members work collectively and in partnership with the Department of Education by sharing information, combining resources, undertaking joint education and training-related projects, and holding dialogues with concerned educational and training institutions in both the private and public sector.

Mission: To draw the resources of the principals of the LCF towards assisting their constituents in creating/ enhancing sustainable enterprises.

As their committee slogan proudly exclaims, the Enterprise Development Committee, or EntrepComm, aims to promote entrepreneurship as a viable channel towards development. 

The Health Committee engages in advocacy and education programs on relevant health issues as well as activities and trainings that increase member competency in implementing efficient and effective health programs and services. Members share best practices and implement joint activities, such as "Wellness Camps" and surgical and dental missions and health awareness lectures, that provide long-term benefits for its constituents.

The Research Committee conducts studies and surveys on CSR programs and practices among LCF members and shares this information through trainings and consultations with businesses engaged or wanting to engage in CSR. The LCF offers a wealth of information, experiences, practices and lessons learned that can be shared to businesses, academe, students, civil society and the general public.

The Membership Committee is in-charge of recruiting and screening new members who will share the League’s commitment and passion to provide business solutions to social problems in the Philippines through Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Communications Team is responsible for creating greater public awareness and recognition for LCF as the premier institution for CSR, generating more goodwill for the League and its members, and enhancing the channel of communication and exchange of ideas among member organizations and partner institutions.
