Consumers usually buy products that are not just affordable and have high quality but also because of the identity of the brand itself. Companies and other businesses invest large amounts of money for marketing their products, with creating brand loyalty as its end goal. However, only a few realizes that investing more in doing CSR can postively increase customer attraction and loyalty to products or services.
This session aims to share current trends and initiatives of different companies in enhancing their branding especially during the financial crisis. Participants will have the chance to learn from the facilitators as well as share their own strategies be it cause-related marketing or enhancement of branding through CSR.
