Camille B. Buenaventura

Ms. Buenaventura is the Executive Director of San Miguel Foundation, Inc. Previously she was the Manager for the Social Development Desk of San Miguel Corporation. She have had extensive work in social development from working with various organizations such as the La Tondena Foundation, Inc., the Philippine Business for Social Progress, and Meralco Foundation among others. Ms. Buenaventura is also a part-time lecturer on CSR at the Ateneo de Manila University and is also a resource speaker on community relations trainings.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Administration at the University of Santo Tomas. As well as completed her academic requirements for her Master of Arts in Philippine Studies at the De La Salle University.

 

Dulce Festin- Baybay

Ms. Baybay is currently the Public Affairs and Media Relations Consultant for the Lopez Group Foundation, Inc. She was a member of the Board of Trustees of the League of Corporate Foundations for two terms; a former member of the Publicity and Promotions Committee of the Children’s Hour as well as the Public Relations Director of ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. From 1998 to July 2005. Presently, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Foundations; Vice-President for Internal Affairs of the Philippine Association for Volunteer Effort; member of the Philippine Chapter of International Public Relations of the Americas; and Chairman of the Child-Friendly Committee of the CSR of ECOP.

She is a proud graduate of the Assumption College from elementary to high school. After which, she graduated with honors from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Arts major in History. She also earned 12 units of Masters in History from the Ateneo de Manila University.

 

Elenita Go – Mapa

Ms. Mapa is presently the Executive Director of Education for Youth Enterprise Foundation of Holcim Philippines since June 2004. Previously she was the Vice-President for Belgosa Publishing, Executive Director of Bato-Balani Foundation and Corporate Communications Officer of First Asia Group of Companies. Aside from which, Ms. Mapa has held several professional affiliations and memberships in various organizations such as with Print Media Group, Cinema Advertising Association of the Philippines, Adborad Advertising Content and Regulation Committee, Tourism Association of the Philippines with International Head Office, and was Chairperson for Membership with the League of Corporate Foundation and currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the same organization since 2006.

Ms. Mapa holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College and a Baccalaureate degree in Integrated Communication from De La Salle College of St. Benilde.

 

Jeffrey O. Tarayao

Mr. Tarayao is the President of One Meralco Foundation. He is also a member of the Ayala Group of CSR Council. He holds several memberships and positions in different organizations such as the Ayala Young Leaders Alliance, League of Corporate Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility Institute, the CollabFest Group, the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, Coalition for Better Education and the International Association of Business Communications. Aside from which, he has received several awards such as the Globe Telecom Employee of the Year, Anvil Awards, Gold Quill Awards, and the Thomasian Young Achiever Award from UST.

He graduated Cum Laude from the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas in Manila with a Bachelor of Arts Degree major in Communication Arts. He took up the De La Salle University’s Global Excellence in Business Program and graduated from the Young Leaders Course on National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines.

 

Junie S. del Mundo

Mr. Del Mundo is the Managing Director of EON, The Stakeholder Relations Firm. He established EON in 1998 believing that effective communications is a powerful tool in creating positive changes in society. EON is the Philippine Affiliate of Edelman, the largest independent PR network globally. Previously, Mr. Del Mundo was a career diplomat for 13 years. He was posted at the Philippine Embassy in Paris with concurrent accreditation to Portugal and UNESCO. He is actively promoting CSR in building corporate reputation and promoting sustainable relationships with stakeholders. A member of different business clubs such as the Management Association of the Philippines, European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club. Currently, he is the Committee Chair of the CSR Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines and Vice President of Hands on Manila.

He was educated in the Philippines, the United States and France. He was a Fullbright scholar and an Asia Foundation fellow.

 

Lydia P. Sarmiento

Ms. Sarmiento is a member of the Advisory Council of the LCF. She also holds several positions in various organizations such as with the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), Association of Foundations, Philippine Philanthropy Steering Committee, among others. She has almost 35 years of experience in the field of social development and has been focused on enhancing the capacity of the corporate foundation of Vitarich through the Sarmiento Foundation. She has also been active in building networks amongst corporate foundations and NGOs in the Philippines as president of the Association of Foundations and then that of the League of Corporate Foundations.

She earned her degree Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Miriam College. She also took up a Top Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

 

Ma. Divina Gonzales -     De Leon

Ms. De Leon is the Upstream and Downstream Communications  Manager

Shell companies- Batangas. Her primary work includes managing social issues and impacts, stakeholders’ engagement, media relations and communications for crisis management. Ms. De Leon is also the Social Performance Consultant for Shell Exploration and Production in Asia Pacific.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology at the University of the Philippines in Los Banos and holds a Master in Industrial Relations major in Human Resource Management at the University of the Philippines School of Industrial Relations.

 

Maria Cecilia L. Alcantara

Ms. Alcantara has been president and executive director of Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines since 1994. She is a member of the board of the Association of Foundations, the Philippine Council for NGO Certification, and Operation Smile Philippines. She also sits on the management committee of Corporate Network for Disaster Response and the Philippine Advisory Committee of Resource Alliance. She is currently a board member and former president of the League of Corporate Foundations.

 

Marilou G. Erni

Ms. Erni is presently the General Manager of Petron Foundation, Inc. Previous to this, she was the Public Relations Manager and Head of Training and Organization Development in Petron Corporation. Complementing her responsibilities in Petron Foundation is her active involvement in the League of Corporate Foundations, where is the currently the Chairman. Aside from which, she is also the President of the Bataan Coastal Care Foundations; a member of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative; a Trustee of Sa Aklat Sisiskat Foundation; a members of the Philippine Business for Social Progress-Luzon Regional Committee as well as the Junior Achievement Philippines, Inc.

Ms. Erni is a proud alumna of the University of the Philippines, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and taken up courses in Master of Public Administration and Industrial Relations. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Synergos Institute.

 

Maurice P. Ligot

Ms. Ligot is at present the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the Ang-Hortaleza Foundation, the social development arm of the Splash Group of Companies. She is active in the different social services such as the Program Director of the Community Home Service Program and Head of the Social Services Ministry in her Parish. She is also the Program Director of the Hospice Care Program for terminally-ill patients. Moreover, she is the Vice Chairman of Learning Links Center, providing alternative education to community-based street children.

Ms. Ligot is a licensed pharmacist with extensive experience including foreign exposure in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She earned her degree from the Centro Escolar University School of Pharmacy and has units in Masters of Pharmacy from the University of the Philippines.

 

Rosauro R. Luntayao

Mr. Luntayao is the Executive Director of Roxas Foundation and the concurrent Head, Community Development of CADP Group Corp. Inc. He has received various fellowship programs like Tha Asia Foundation Fellowship – United States Asian Environmental Program from 1997-1999 and the Carl’s Duisberg Gesellshaft e.V. Fellow on International Business Forum on Sustainable Business and Social Responsibility. He was also involved in various organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and a volunteer instructor  at the Education for Youth Enterprise (EYE) Foundation for their Wirtschafts Wochen-AG (WIWAG).

He received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) and passed the Social Work Board Licensure Examination. From the same institution, he finished his Masters of Arts in Psychology. Currently, he is taking up his PH.D in Development Policy at the De La Salle University. He also finished his Certificate in Corporate Community Relation at Wallace Caroll Scholl of Management in Boston College, MA USA.

 

Monette Iturralde-Hamlin

Ms. Hamlin is the founder and president of TeamAsia. She developed the business and creative processes that made TeamAsia not just a pioneer in Asia, but an arbiter of industry performance standards. Previously, she was the Associate Publisher for World Executive’s Digest. She is also a member of the Philippine Society of Training and Development, the People Management Association of the Philippines, the Philippine Association of Conference and Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers, the Business Outsourcing Association of the Philippines, the League of Corporate Foundations, among others.

She completed her Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology at the College of the Holy Spirit, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her post-graduate studies were at the Asian Institute of Management where she completed her Master in Business Management with Distinction.

 

Roberto R. Calingo

Mr. Calingo is the executive director of Peace and Equity Foundation. He was the former executive director of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium, of TeaM Energy Foundation (formerly Mirant Philippines Foundation), of the Philippine Business for Social Progress and has been in the field of social development and corporate social responsibility for the past 26 years. He has likewise served on the boards of organizations such as the League of Corporate Foundations (as president and chairman), the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (as president), the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium (governing council member), the United Nations Development Program-Global Environment Fund’s Small Grants Program (National Steering Committee Member), and the AIM-Mirant Center for Bridging Societal Divides (board of advisers).

He completed his Masters in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management, studies in Developing Income Generating Enterprise at the Cranfield School of Management in U.K., and Small Business Consulting Course at the University of the Philippines. He is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He was for the past three years (2001-2003), a senior fellow of the Synergos Institute.
