The Health Committee engages in advocacy and education programs on relevant health issues as well as activities and trainings that increase member competency in implementing efficient and effective health programs and services. Members share best practices and implement joint activities, such as "Wellness Camps" and surgical and dental missions and health awareness lectures that provide long-term benefits for its constituents.

Spread Preventive Health Education and Reform to Elementary Schools (SPHERES) is the flagship program of the LCF Health Committee. SPHERES' initiatives include teaching of basic health practices to stop the spread of communicable disease among children and the community. SPHERES collaborates with medical institutions and other organizations to help teachers manage school health.
